Before the cleaners arrive, it would be helpful if you could clear the floor of any objects, pet toys, or clothing items. You should also put up any valuables or important items you don’t want to get damaged. Our staff is background checked and certified, which protects both parties in the case of an accident or misunderstanding. Besides that, our service is about making your life easier, so just sit back, relax, and let the professionals handle the job.

You will never be locked into a contract. The client may cancel the service with notice of at least 2 business days and will not be charged. A cancellation fee of 50% will apply if the client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled service. If cancellation is on the same day of your appointment, or we cannot gain access into your home, you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost. Unforeseen circumstances happen please notify us in writing the reason for your cancellation at email [email protected] so that we can assist you further. The service provider can terminate the agreement if the client fails to comply with payment or other agreed terms.

Every cleaning company you work with should provide their own supplies. You should never have to pay out of pocket for that portion of your service.
